The Lost Woods are a complex system of screens, all of which use maze paths. There are several important reference points, noted with numbers. Paths between these points are different colored lines, and the series of directions are listed at the top left. Each screen's individual maze path is also listed. Normally, you would have to use clues from an info shop at point 5 to get to point 2, and then clues at an info shop at point 2 to get to point 3. There's a graveyard and dungeon at spot 2 to build up your rupee count, but you can always go back to Magical Shortcut if you need more.
