Back into danger territory: time travel. A cyborg has been sent from a dystopic future to the current year of 1966, hopefully not arriving naked. Its mission is to stop mind control from being invented. Cyborg 2087 Friday January 9th at 10pm et (7pm pt)

12/24/25:
Christine Wait, didn't we just riff this movie a month ago? No, that was about Kristi's car, here it's the car's name. A bullied nerd buys an old car to fix up, but it turns out to have a mind of its own, corrupting its owner. Friday December 26th at 10pm et (7pm pt)

12/12/25:
XMAS XMAS XMAS. So what movie are we doing? Well, it depends on whether you were good. Yeah, us neither. And so we are forced to come to terms with our punishment. A kid has an imaginary demonic-looking friend. Or maybe he's real. Krampus: The Reckoning Friday December 12th at 10pm et (7pm pt)

11/26/25:

11/14/25:
Gruesome deaths begin to occur at a hip LA health club. It looks like the owner wants it to stop, but we'll see what happens. At the very least, the title says enough. Death Spa Friday November 14th at 10pm et (7pm pt)

10/29/25:
Ooooo. A riff on Halloween itself. What are the odds. Well, one in fourteen. Yet this is our third Halloween night riff. Huh. Anyways. An evil cult resurrects a long dead serial killer. The Curse of Halloween Jack Friday October 31st at 10pm et (7pm pt)

9/18/25:
A street drug turns junkies into an army of zombies. Some guy named Hunter has a car full of guns and booze, and has to fend off the zombies, until he finds more survivors. Let's see just how bad they can strain a metaphor if that's the main character's name. Zombie Hunter Friday September 19th at 10pm et (7pm pt)

9/5/25:
We don’t need much introduction for Sinbad. The sailor, not the comedian. His current quest is to bring a cursed prince to a dangerous island to be cured. How do we know he’s cursed? He’s a monkey. Sinbad and the Eye of the Tiger Friday September 5th at 10pm et (7pm pt)

6/26/25:
A race across the country. Not a normal race, but nothing deadly. The title will almost be familiar, but it's definitely not a knockoff. This time, it's just the name of a guy. A guy named after a real race. Cannonball Friday June 27th at 10pm et (7pm pt)

6/13/25:
Yes, today is the date. A little over a year between when it falls on a riff night. There are so many ripoffs, but are any appropriate enough? Let's go straight to the biggest. The remake. Friday the 13th Friday June 13th at 10pm et (7pm pt)

5/29/25:
A mashup of two distinct concepts. First, we have the Spanish conquistadors that ravaged Mexico, toppling an empire. Second, we have a fucking tyrannosaurus rex. But how often do human sacrifices go correctly? No. Really. I have no idea. Aztec Rex Friday May 30th at 10pm et (7pm pt)

5/16/25:
Mars killed all their women in an atomic war, and they need to replace theirs. The best place they could think of to land was Puerto Rico. It's a monster mash-up. Frankenstein Meets the Space Monster Actually, it isn't at all. The title is a lie. Friday May 16th at 10pm et (7pm pt)

3/21/25:
A 1980s history professor becomes involved with two time travelers. One of them decides to intervene in human history, and it all leads up to the old west. They didn't steal that from Back to the Future III, but maybe the other way around. Timestalkers Friday March 21st at 10pm et (7pm pt)

3/6/25:
Warning: Severe ripoff ahead. This is definitely not the 2019 sequel to a Robin Williams movie. Instead, we get this. A kid gets sucked into an arcade game. His sister and her two hot friends go in to save him. The Final Level: Escaping Rancala Friday March 7th at 10pm et (7pm pt)

2/21/25:
After the 50's scifi comes a 60's heist movie. An adventuresome banker thief versus a hot insurance agent in a game of wits. Insurance isn't usually an exciting career. 2/6/25:
It's the first manned mission to Mars. They're on the return voyage, when they enter a time warp. They crash on futuristic earth, devastated by atomic war. Mutants, spiders, and cavegirls, this film has it- well, it has some things. World Without End Friday February 7th at 10pm et (7pm pt)

1/26/25:
The Exterminators of the Year 3000 We should just let that title sink in a little bit. The year 3000 is a desert apocalypse. A group of survivors have to leave their cave in a search for water, while the Exterminators look only to cause pain. So completely typical. Friday January 24th at 10pm et (7pm pt)

1/10/25:
We start with some archeologists trying to save the world, but really, it's mosnter time. It looks like it's just two monsters. Definitely not a third. The title would say if it was otherwise. Right? Godzilla and Mothra: Battle for Earth Friday January 10th at 10pm et (7pm pt)

12/25/24:

12/12/24:
Christmastime comes to a girls boarding school. I see I have your attention. The students plan a party, and invite some boys for some holiday cheer. Just some horny teens, and not at all like a Jason movie. To All a Goodnight Friday December 13th at 10pm et (7pm pt)

11/27/24:
A foul-mouthed evil turkey? That sounds familiar. It should, errr, at least if you were here ten years ago. This is the sequel, and just a warning, it sounds very self-aware. ThanksKilling 3 Why part 3? Didn't I say the sequel? The story is to find a copy of the non-existent Thankskilling 2. November 29th at 10pm et (7pm pt)

11/13/24:
We resume the story of our hero (an earlier riff) as he flees to California. There, he joins forces with the Kung Fu prostitutes to fight a local gang. Yes, really. The title offers no clues about who, so don't worry if you don't know. The Human Tornado Friday November 15th at 10pm et (7pm pt)

10/30/24:
Blasted kids. We hired ninjas to steal their sacred statue, and now three of the kids are coming after us. Not only that, a rival gang is after it too. Just one thing is odd. Why do the kids sound like the bigger threat? Thunder Ninja Kids (4) in: The Golden Adventure Friday November 1st at 10pm et (7pm pt)

10/18/24:
Halloween is right around the corner, so let's do some 80s horror. A bullied teen learns that his favorite heavy metal rocker has died, and he is given the last known recording. But the recording had a nefarious intent, and now only he can prevent the resurrection of evil. Trick or Treat Friday October 18th at 10pm et (7pm pt)

10/3/24:
So we did the Rollerball remake. Now we go back to the 70's. But something's missing. We've got a lot of competition, fighting between people on skates. Oh, I know what it is. There are no balls to be found. The Unholy Rollers Friday October 4th at 10pm et (7pm pt)

9/19/24:

Now (sixty years before now) a group of sailors attempts a salvage mission. Zombies of Mora Tau Friday September 20th at 10pm et (7pm pt)

9/6/24:
There are snakes out there this big? Wait, no, rifftrax did that movie. So then what are we going to do? Well obviously we have to find a movie with two monsters. A genetic experiment escapes, and a bio-engineered one is sent in to stop it. Boa vs Python Friday September 6th at 10pm et (7pm pt)

8/23/24:
In a world of fantasy swords and sorcerers, one man can count the beasts of the land as his ally. We're going to be riffing The Beastmas- Scratch that. We're going with the sequel. Beastmaster 2: Through the Portal of Time. Wait. There's no time travel? Friday August 23rd at 10pm et (7pm pt)

8/9/24:
I can't seem to finish this phrase. Get off my... couch? No. ass? No. coat? lawn? ride? lap? Nope, none of those are right either. Get off my dick? Still no. lap? horse? Not them either. oh yes, that's right. GET OFF MY PLANE!!! Air Force One Friday August 9th at 10pm et (7pm pt)

7/26/24:

7/10/24:
Double feature! Two different hour-long movies in one night. Starting out is a 50s crime drama, sleazy gangster hooks young girls on drugs. Girl Gang Then comes what can only be described as gratuitous. Also giant giant breasts. Giantess Attack vs. Mecha Fembot Friday July 12th at 10pm et (7pm pt)

6/28/24:
Doomsday. A rogue star is heading towards earth, and everybody will be totally destroyed. Time to build an arc: a single rocket ship to save a select few people. To live where? On the only planet orbiting this new star, of course. When Worlds Collide Friday June 28th at 10pm et (7pm pt)

6/14/24:
This hit at the height of jersey shore culture. Wait, no it didn't. Eh. Regardless of what this is a ripoff of, we will watch stand ins for the reality series stars get eaten. No this is not rule 34 in some probably-moist corner of the internet. Jersey Shore Shark Attack Friday June 14th at 10pm et (7pm pt)

5/31/24:
Humans versus machines is a pretty common refrain. How can we make it interesting? A bunch of crazy assholes at a gas station defending against robot trucks. This movie is why Stephen King stopped directing. No, seriously. Maximum Overdrive Friday May 31st at 10pm et (7pm pt)

5/17/24:
Law enforcement needs to break up a drug smuggling ring. Their newest agent is a crime fighting robot built to look like a playboy playmate. Why? Meh. Too easy. Now add a disgruntled engineer with a nuclear bomb. Cyber-C.H.I.C. Friday May 17th at 10pm et (7pm pt)

5/1/24:
It's almost May the fourth, and we are not riffing a star wars movie. But you might not be disappointed with our choice, at least until you see the dismal IMDB rating. Evil coalition versus rebel planet is too familiar, so to make it legally distinct, add an adjective. Battle Star Wars Friday May 3rd at 10pm et (7pm pt)

4/19/24:
A dumb teen wakes up one day to find his parents murdered. He consults his equally sketchy friends, and they discover the truth about him being responsible. It wasn't the weed he smoked, his hand is actually possessed. Idle Hands Friday April 19th at 10pm et (7pm pt)

4/5/24:
Detective Palmer used to be a spy, but still gets into spy adventures. He stumbles across an oil tycoon's plot to overthrow communism. Apparently not happening in England. Time to riff the antithesis to Bond spies. Billion Dollar Brain Friday April 5th at 10pm et (7pm pt)

3/23/24:
Don't get too excited from the title. The Naked Jungle It's a 50's jungle romance story set in South America. There's just one thing missing, aside from the utter lack of nudity, an approaching wall of billions of vicious ants. Friday March 22nd 10pm et (7pm pt)

3/7/24:
What is a Mandroid? Take a bunch of robot parts, some loser pilot, and turn them into a cyborg to help with a time machine. Maybe the name Cyman was taken. Eventually the project is scrapped. Mandroid escapes and heads north to America, looking for a way to stop the evil scientists. Eliminators Friday March 8th at 10pm et (7pm pt)

2/23/24:
We're going back to our first riff, almost. Another from the same guy, which will be obvious immediately. Let's be up front here, this is a 1960s western movie. But what's a man to do when his fiance is threatened by a monster? Billy the Kid Versus Dracula Friday February 23rd 10pm et (7pm pt)

2/8/24:
The theme this week is time traveling bounty hunter. Yes that might be a lot to unpack, but all they're trying to do is prevent a crime in 1980's LA. Okay fine, I'll admit it's a crime committed by means of zombie-ism. Trancers Friday February 9th 10pm et (7pm pt)

1/24/24:
We are long overdue for a special night, and so this week it is time for some toons. We have almost two hours of episodes of cartoon shows lined up to riff. 12/14/23:
So what are we doing for this Christmas riff, happy toys or murderous rampage? In this movie, Santa was a demon who lost a bet a millenia ago, and had to spread joy. 11/17/23:
Time for a holiday riff. Something wholesome? Obviously. It's about a gathering of the Bradleys at Thanksgiving. Yeah, it must be something along those lines at least. Oh, and there's an escaped mental patient on PCP. Possibly even some turkey. Home Sweet Home November 17th at 10pm et (7pm pt)

11/2/23:
Time for another big shot movie. To stop murders while not taking away anybody's guns, there's only one thing you can do. Predict the future on a person-by-person basis. It's not considered a problem until a cop is accused. Never mind everybody else. Minority Report Friday November 3rd at 10pm et (7pm pt)

10/18/23:
No way. There was a godzilla movie that involved time travel to prevent godzilla from ever forming? They've come from the 23rd century to warn about a monster related disaster. Of all the reasons to time travel to the early 1940s to stop something, and they choose this? Godzilla vs. King Ghidorah Friday October 20th at 10pm et (7pm pt)

10/6/23:
Oh jeez. Animation. Or is it? Those breasts aren't animated. Okay fine, it's both. Four young girls are hired to clean an old house, and find a book of magic spells. 9/22/23:
An ex-cop who lives in the sewers is either a recipe for a super hero or suicide. He decides it's time to retaliate against crime for the unpunished murders of his family. It might be a little tough for Frank with the Japanese mob, though. The Punisher Friday September 22nd at 10pm et (7pm pt)

Killer Ape Scientists in Africa are testing their germ warfare on local animals. It's up to Jungle Jim to stop them. Attack of the Crab Monsters Nuclear weapons testers are stranded on an island of intelligent giant crabs. And the island is sinking.

8/10/23:
I know, let's do a murder mystery, and it's a long one. A mysterious college professor is framed by his rival, a Pulitzer prize winning psychiatrist. How will Simon Conjurer get justice? With that name, likely with no subtlety. Deadly Lessons Friday August 11th at 10pm et (7pm pt)

7/27/23:
This is going to be an odd one. An account of an 18th century aristocrat explorer and his band of misfits as they try to save a town. What does that even mean? Just one thing. Prepare yourself for large helpings of whimsy. The Adventures of Baron Munchausen July 28th at 10pm et (7pm pt)

7/13/23:

6/30/23:
This time we're at a summer resort town in the 70's. Lots of people enjoying the beaches on the lake. However, a search for missing teen triggers something bad. Abandoned military technology. Or something like that. Either way, there will be blood. Piranha June 30th at 10pm et (7pm pt)

6/1/23:
It can't be 300 riffs already, can it? Apparently. A movie about the spartan 300 is too on the nose, so we'll do something more fun. We start out with a football player and his friends. Lame start, but next we send them to another planet to battle an evil emperor. Flash Gordon June 2nd at 10pm et (7pm pt)

5/19/23:
Science. That's whose fault it is. What do we have to blame them for? Dinosaurs in Los Angeles. Lots of them. It's up to black ops to fix it. But they are unlikely to be contained. Watch La Brea's revenge. Jurassic City May 19th at 10pm et (7pm pt)

5/4/23:
We're doing generic science fiction space battle. A farm boy and some mercenaries gang together to try and stop hostile aliens from destroying their planet. It's not a long time ago, but we can take solace that it's at least somewhat far away. Battle Beyond the Stars May 5th at 10pm et (7pm pt)

4/21/23:
Well, this can't be a common horror movie plot. Setting is a college dorm. A group of potheads order an old bong, which turns out to have magic powers. It takes you to a bizarre drug-fueled alternate place with little hope of escape. Evil Bong Friday April 21st at 10pm et (7pm pt)

4/7/23:
Oh, right, an announcement. Winner of the fan vote was Tombs of the Blind Dead so that's our target. 70's zombies. Cursed medieval knights rise from the dead to torment some vacationing college students. 70's college students. Friday April 7th at 10pm et (7pm pt)

3/24/23:
Well, we haven't waded into the Hercules genre, so time to give it a go. Hercules in New York certainly sounds stupid enough to riff. Our hero is sent to earth and falls in love with bodybuilding. And as a bonus, this features a badly-dubbed Arnold. Friday March 24th at 10pm et (7pm pt)

3/10/23:
We've riffed killer zombies, drugged zombies, hopping zombies, goopy zombies, even zombie snakes. How can we build on this further? It's time for you to decide. We are doing another fan vote. Use !vhelp in the channel if you want to see how to vote. Voting ends the evening of Monday April 3rd, and we will riff the winner on Friday April 7th. And holy shit do we have some choices for the type of zombies. Templar, nazi, or fire? The movie titles and voting instructions are on the !vhelp trigger.

3/8/23:
It sounds like we're entering the matrix. Or I suppose, the opposite. It's 2037 and some girl named Judy rebels against the AI masters and gets kicked out of the VR utopia world. Then she and some drifter fight mutated cannibals or something. Hopefully the title is accurate. Mindwarp Friday March 10th at 10pm et (7pm pt)

2/24/23:
We can be sure this will be good. How do we know? One of the characters is named Robby the Robot. It doesn't get much more clever than that. At least for the 50's. A computer-controlled satellite tries to control the earth, whatever that means. The Invisible Boy Friday February 24th at 10pm et (7pm pt)

2/10/23:
Wooo nudity. It sounds like a decent amount of nudity. I'm sure it can't be all good. A mad scientist escapes his asylum, and settles down to teach high school physics. Well, maybe not for the purpose of teaching. Settles down for some purpose. The Invisible Maniac Friday February 10th at 10pm et (7pm pt)

1/25/23:
Just one word. Destructocycle. What is it? What is it used for? Let's start with when, the future. That sounds promising. Now what for? Sports, obviously. But then what the fuck is a motorcycle fight to the death? Answer: bad. Deathsports Friday January 27th at 10pm et (7pm pt)

1/13/23:
The answer to tonights movie is 9. What could that possibly mean on a day like today? Cloud Nine? Nine Lives? Nine to Five? The second one is almost accurate. At least based on the number of times he came back. No coming back now. Part Nine: Jason Goes to Hell The Final Friday Friday January 13th at 10pm et (7pm pt)

12/29/22:
Too bad there was no SETI in the 60s. A group of scientists are kidnapped after answering an odd signal through their telescope, and brought to space in a flying saucer. They have to figure out how to get home while being regularly tested. The Terrornauts Friday December 30th at 10pm et (7pm pt)

2/1/22:
Some martial arts students visit an island that is home to the ghosts of dishonored martial artists. Just beware the cannibal monks. Monks? And on top of that, there's a sex slave operation running there. Raw Force Friday December 2nd at 10pm et (7pm pt)

11/18/22:
A boy kills a man with an axe, and frames his twin brother. But then on Thanksgiving Day ten years later, the innocent brother escapes from the insane asylum. But if the normal brother was locked up, the evil twin is already at the family dinner. Blood Rage Friday November 18th at 10pm et (7pm pt)

11/4/22:
A guide takes a couple out on a hunting expedition in the jungle. Despite his ineptitude, he suspects this isn't about hunting. Eventually. What could it be about? I have no idea, really, but he is a damn cheap Indy. The Further Adventures of Tennessee Buck Friday November 4th at 10pm et (7pm pt)

10/19/22:
I guess this will be our Halloween riff. Why? Do we have something horrific to watch? Probably. Return to Halloweentown An adventure at a witch and wizard college. It just looks so vomit-inducing. Disney Channel (shudders). Friday October 21st at 10pm et (7pm pt)

10/7/22:
We have an evil spirit. Something has been possessed by it. Don't get too close, or you might get eaten. So who is it that the spirit possessed? Death Bed: The Bed That Eats Seriously? You've got to be kidding me. Friday October 7th at 10pm et (7pm pt)

9/22/22:
A swordsman finds himself in a village where several young women have neem drained of their youth. They appear to have been aged by the kiss of the vampire. No need to worry. He can handle it. Captain Kronos: Vampire Hunter Friday September 23rd at 10pm et (7pm pt)

8/12/22:
Three men and a woman crash land in an underwater crater in antarctica. It's not quite as wet or cold as they expected. So I guess they probably try to escape. What are they going to find? We'll never know. The Land Unknown Friday August 12th at 10pm et (7pm pt)

7/15/22:
A meteorite falls during a storm in a farm, and the farm suddenly has some plague on the crops. The stepson thinks it's related, but not anybody else. Is it aliens, or just poor fungus control? We're about to find out. The Curse Friday July 15th at 10pm et (7pm pt)

6/30/22:
Yes it's another holiday riff. On a small island off the California coast (do we really need to say coast?) it's the Fourth of July and tourists are washing up dead. Mysterious sea creatures are responsible, but the mayor calls them an urban legend. Aquanoids Friday July 1st at 10pm et (7pm pt)

6/17/22:
Partying in a funeral parlor must be fun. I guess. Well, somebody liked it. Or at least, somebody thought a group of teenagers would. Follow that with an evil force awakening. So, demonic spirits are working to stop them from leaving. Night of the Demons Friday June 17th at 10pm et (7pm pt)

6/3/22:
A spaceship crashes on a planet. The rescue ship crashes too. That ship forms an away team that finds the murdered remains of the first ship, and then they start dying. Maybe that innocent looking structure will shelter them. Galaxy of Terror Friday June 3rd at 10pm et (7pm pt)

5/19/22:
This is one sequel that could get messy. I'll quote my announcement from when we riffed the first one "There's a good chance we'll all be going to hell as a result of watching". Do you dare to witness the Chinese version of handicapable? They don't care what you think about it. Two Crippled Heroes Friday May 20th at 10pm et (7pm pt)

5/6/22:
A vigilante is under attack from a money launderer named Duncan. When Duncan's hitman fails to kill him, he decides to take matters into his own hands. I was pretty sure that was already the definition of vigilante. Slaughter's Big Rip-Off Friday May 6th at 10:30pm et (7pm pt)

4/22/22:
Oh dear god. Is this Star Wars, or isn't it? That's sticky question to be dealt with by attorneys. No, seriously. It takes place "in" the Star Wars universe, but no way it's canon. This movie is the Turkish Star Wars, but its plot is unrelated to the Lucas movies. The Man Who Saved the World Friday April 22nd at 10pm et (7pm pt)

4/8/22:

3/25/22:

Men are venturing out from their space station, but somebody might be a bit too religious. Conquest of Space Friday February 11th at 10pm et (7pm pt)

1/14/22:
It might be cold outside, but not a winter wonderland. That won't stop us from picking a snowy movie. Who's up for a heartwarming tale about young skiers training for the olympics? Wow, they even happen across a retired olympian who agrees to help them train. Too heartwarming? Ice Spiders Friday January 14th at 10pm et (7pm pt)

12/31/21:
Happy New Year, and we're sticking with the holiday. Despite the New Years Eve theme to the movie, it actually takes place in the summer. That alone should be worrisome. It seems to actually be about some group of people staying at a haunted hotel. Bloody New Year Saturday January 1st at 10pm et (7pm pt)

12/15/21:
A Christmas psychopath is on the loose. Again. We've had a Santa-murderer or two in past riffs, but this time it's a Santa murderer. What's the difference, you ask? The first is a killer Santa, and the second is someone who only kills Santas. Don't Open Till Christmas Friday December 17th at 10pm et (7pm pt)

12/2/21:
Coming back from the dead is a common enough premise. Which flavor of revival are we riffing? Lightning power. A serial killer sent to the chair uses it to come back. Big plans now that he's out? Nope, just revenge on a football player. Shocker Friday December 3rd at 10pm et (7pm pt)

11/19/21:
Uh oh. We're riffing an oscar nominated film? It's okay, it's 50's scifi. An professor thinks he found an old message from a long lost scientist and wants to investigate. Who better to help than a recently-widowed scientist. Journey to the Center of the Earth (1959) Friday November 19th at 10pm et (7pm pt)

11/5/21:
Big tits galore. No, really. I'm not entirely sure that it's not one of Russ's pornos. Some gas station guy has to go on the run when a cop kills his wife. Guy travels across the country. And what happens? He is sexually harassed and assaulted by random voluptuous women. See my concern? Supervixens Friday November 5th at 10pm et (7pm pt)

10/21/21:
So this sounds errr, unique. He's a priest, who travels to China, and somehow gets the power to turn into a, um, velociraptor. And it takes the help of a hooker to accept his power. I just hope we get to see a Chinese monk who travels to the US with a porn star and can turn into a T-Rex. The VelociPastor Friday October 22nd at 10pm et (7pm pt)

10/8/21:
Tonight's movie is an odd one. Post-apocalyptic doesn't quite cover it all. The King of America has died. And Death wants to be King in the name of heavy metal. How to stop Death? A rock 'n' roll samurai has to make his way to Lost Vegas to claim Elvis's throne. Six String Samurai Friday October 8th at 10pm et (7pm pt)

9/24/21:
Okay, how does this sound for the first sentence of an IMDB description? "Big hair, big guns, big personalities, and a serious lack of wardrobe." Good sign, right? Post-apocalyptic battles of the She-Wolves or whatever only makes it better. Phoenix the Warrior Friday September 24th at 10pm et (7pm pt)

7/30/21:
A beggar at a castle, an evil marquee who imprisons him, and a mute warden's daughter who feeds him. She grows up, and she is finally released, so she runs into the forest. She's found living the forest like an animal. And that's just the set up. The Curse of the Werewolf Friday July 30th at 10pm et (7pm pt)

7/15/21:
This fan choice takes an absurd premise and takes it to the most absurd place yet. Jason tried it, and the only way to salvage the series was a reboot, but this survives. And so we end up with a space princess stealing imaginary gold. Leprechaun 4: in Space Friday July 16th at 10pm et (7pm pt)

7/2/21:
Our movie this week? Might be a little on the nose, but, Independence Day... Why no link? That's not the full title. Independence Daysaster Do I know anything about the movie? No. Does it look like a ripoff with SETI finding aliens and people having to find their weakness? Yes. Friday July 2nd at 10pm et (7pm pt)

6/17/21:
Post nuclear war, and verile males are rare. So a scavenger is sent to rescue a group of kidnapped fertile women. I assume he gets captured or something along those lines. But who were the kidnappers? The title says it all, or at least maybe just enough. Hell Comes to Frogtown Friday June 18th at 10pm et (7pm pt)

6/5/21:
Fan choice. We'll riff the movie you want. This is easy. If you want to enter, you have to do “/msg obake-san I want to enter”. Do not tell me your choice. The two winners will get to choose what we riff on July 16th and August 27th.

6/4/21:
Time for some Vincent Price. And it's a sequel. To something we've already riffed. That doesn't leave a whole lot of options. But wait, this time the monster isn't Vincent Price? I'm not sure how much you can call it a return if it's the first guy's son, but whatever. Return of the Fly Friday June 4th at 10pm et (7pm pt)

5/21/21:
There's nothing like a good old fashioned organic computer. What goes wrong in movies? Organisms. Computers. You can cheer on the chimera's new awareness, if you want. I'm going to hold off on that. The title sounds like I'd eventually regret it. Demon Seed Friday May 21st at 10pm et (7pm pt)

5/7/21:
Oh great. A heist movie. A group of four criminals is hardly a gang, but they want to fund a lavish lifestyle. Nothing to do but rob, I don't know, banks maybe. One thing's for sure. None of these women had much of a film career after this. Or before. The Champagne Gang Friday May 7th at 10pm et (7pm pt)

4/23/21:
A futuristic genetic experiment gets loose. Pretty typical idea. Killing a group of scientists. Somebody comes to save them. But when, where, who, why? The distant future, a remote planet, the troubleshooter, and ummm... food. Forbidden World Friday April 23rd at 10pm et (7pm pt)

4/8/21:
Drama! Action! Girls! Bank! Binge! Those are just some of the nouns that describe this movie. Actually, that was all of the nouns on IMDB's movie description. For all I know, this movie is a cop show on, uh, fox, or something. The Great Texas Dynamite Chase Friday April 9th at 10pm et (7pm pt)

3/26/21:
It was only a matter of time. A killer Easter bunny movie. Well, at least it's mostly rabbit. I think. Other than killer and giant, the description is pretty void. Not a good sign. Even the name is dumb as hell. Beaster Day: Here Comes Peter Cottonhell Friday March 26th at 10pm et (7pm pt)

3/12/21:
World war 2 rages on. I'm not sure when this takes place, but the where is north Africa. The allies are pushing the nazis back. Air superiority is a big factor. Then the nazi's unleash the P-51 Dragon Fighter That's a pretty good name for an aircraft, right? Friday March 12th at 10pm et (7pm pt)

2/25/21:
In a post-apocalyptic future, a gang of teen orphans finds an... ummm... orb of special power. They try to escape the soldiers of some despotic rulers or other. Can they bring water back to the planet? One can only hope not. Solarbabies Friday February 26th at 10pm et (7pm pt)

1/29/21:
Yellow and gold in the same movie title? Fighting Aztec warriors but looking for Mayan treasure? Occurs in Mexico but filmed in Spain? Dastardly bandits and Mexican soldiers? This movie seems full of things that are almost the same. Yellow Hair and the Fortress of Gold Friday January 29th at 10pm et (7pm pt)

1/14/21:
Before we go anywhere with this, the title is highly misleading. The only word that you can trust is "hell", and possibly "a". And oh shit, "Troma". Post-armageddon, mutant cave men, animals of some sort. A Nymphoid Barbarian in Dinosaur Hell Friday January 15th at 10pm et (7pm pt)

1/1/21:
Now that we're into the new year, it's time for our Christmas riff. We've got so many holiday horror movies to choose from. Killer santas, killer cookies, and so on. But we've been doing a lot of them. So fuck it. We're just going to riff Die Hard Friday January 1st at 10pm et (7pm pt)

12/18/20:
Friggin Japan. Two teenage girls both love a boy. Dumb as shit, and nobody wants to watch some anime-style teen drama or girly romcom. The movie picks up when opposing evil forces transform the two girls. Vampire Girl vs. Frankenstein Girl Friday December 18th at 10pm et (7pm pt)

12/3/20:
Single dad dies, and becomes a ghost. That ghost is drawn to a lab, where the scientist decides to send the ghost back. He wants to make sure his kids are taken care of. It's going to be family fun. Ghost Dad. At least as a ghost, he likely can't forcibly touch anybody. Friday December 4th at 10pm et (7pm pt)

11/19/20:
It's riff number 234. Pretty good, but that's not the point. I've extrapolated the best possible movie for the circumstance. What? The One. Guy gets stronger by killing alternate reality versions of himself. Does Jet Li have the balls to take on Jet Li, Jet Li, and Jet Li? Friday November 20th at 10pm et (7pm pt)

11/5/20:
A criminal brain from space named Gor takes over the body of a scientist and makes him take over the world. It requires the help of a good brain from space to be able to stop, uh... him? Will they even show any aliens if it's mind control? The Brain from Planet Arous. And it's the final conclusion of our serial. Friday November 6th at 10pm et (7pm pt)

10/23/20:
If there isn't a bad killer shark movie, it had to be no more recent than 1975. While you figure out what that means, here's a shark movie from 1999. It at least is slightly better than tornados. A research lab racing towards an Alzheimers cure accidentally creates intelligent sharks. Deep Blue Sea Friday October 23rd at 10pm et (7pm pt)

10/9/20:
Who doesn't love the beach. And who doesn't love the great beyond. Now let's throw some babes in, and you have this week's movie. Or at least the movie's title. A spaceship joyride has never been sexier. Again, just based on the title. Beach Babes from Beyond Friday October 9th at 10pm et (7pm pt)

9/24/20:
I swear, this is not porno. IMDB says "A powerful cosmic force is turning Earth women into queen bees who kill men by wearing them out sexually." Not a porno? Hmmm. Regardless, somebody from the government comes to investigate. Invasion of the Bee Girls Friday September 25th at 10pm et (7pm pt)

8/28/20:
It's 2021, and the blowback against the metoo movement was swift. Women have been enslaved by a brutal army of men who survived the nuclear holocaust. Ok, maybe it's not about the metoo movement. There's a "nomadic band of fierce she-warriors". Is this what opponents of metoo fear will happen? The Sisterhood Friday August 28th at 10pm et (7pm pt)

8/14/20:
Another night with a short movie and serials. This movie looks pretty dismal. Some super-hero bullshit or other, but this ties for the worst IMDB rating we've ever riffed. A drug company gives super powers to some felons. Why? We might never know. Agent Beetle Friday August 14th at 10pm et (7pm pt)

7/29/20:
Now for every American's favorite sport to watch: soccer. Yes, a soccer movie. Will it be a sickeningly heartwarming drama about teammates? I'm not ruling it out. Don't despair yet, this will be a lot more fun to watch than regular soccer. How? Shaolin Soccer Friday July 31st at 10pm et (7pm pt)

7/15/20:

After a second encounter, she becomes powerful enough to get her revenge. Attack of the 50 Foot Woman Friday July 17th at 10pm et (7pm pt)

7/1/20:
Every family has that murderous uncle that nobody talks about. We all ignore him, but in this case it's Uncle Sam. He's killing our children. Am I talking about the political climate? Nope. Just murderous, evil Uncle Sam. He rises from the dead on the fourth of July to take revenge for flag burning. Uncle Sam Friday July 3rd at 10pm et (7pm pt)

6/19/20:
Uh oh... Modification to the riff. Well, kind of. For the next couple months, every other riff will be a short movie, starting with tonight. Are we skimping out of the riffing material? No. Each short riff will start with two 12-15m episodes from a serial. What's a serial? Captain Cody. 40s Batman. And now we have Flying Disc Man from Mars

6/17/20:
Somebody needs to stop the evil what-his-name from resurrecting a hidden Megarobot. So logically, a renegade gundam pilot and an archeologist. Why can a hidden Megarobot challenge the world order? What is that guy's name? And does this have anything to do with that other robot movie we riffed? Who cares. Robot Wars Friday June 19th at 10pm et (7pm pt)

6/4/20:
And for a movie this week? We have ourselves two halves of a powerful Chinese talisman. One is the property of a pair of martial arts twins. The other is a millionaire madman. Not only that. It's a semi-future post-quake California. What Chinese movie is this? Ehhh, no. Double Dragon Friday June 5th at 10pm et (7pm pt)

5/22/20:
Yeah, I haven't said much about this week's movie. After some last second changes, we do not have a movie prepared tonight. But all is not lost. The riff will go on. How? Shorts night. We have a collection of old shorts gathered from archive.org and youtube for us to riff. There will even be an intermission. Friday May 22nd at 10pm et (7pm pt)

5/4/20:
Winner: Quarantine Friday May 8th at 10pm et (7pm pt)

4/23/20:
VOTE! We have three movies to choose from for the riff on May 8th. What are the choices? Well, you're not gonna like this. Or maybe you will. First, we have Quarantine, about stopping a killer who has a pneumonic plague. Second is Quarantine, about terrorists testing out a deadly a virus on a small village. And third we have Quarantine, about being stuck in a CDC quarantine while a virus turns people into killers. So time to pick your favorite quarantine movie quite literally. See the choices and how to vote by typing "!vhelp" in the channel. Voting ends on Monday May 4th, and the winner will be announced then. Not by title though.

4/22/20:
There really must have been a lot of LCD in Russia in the 60s. Olya steps through the mirror to visit Yola. Maybe their names were anagrams in the russian language too. What does King Yagupop do with his mirrors? Use them to brainwash people, of course. The Kingdom of Crooked Mirrors Friday April 24th at 10pm et (7pm pt)

4/10/20:
And now, our feature presentation. Which 70s-80s George Lucas Star Wars are we doing? IV? No. V? No. VI. No. But that only leaves one thing. Oh no. I've got a bad feeling about this... So we present to you: Caravan of Courage. Wait, huh? What the fuck is Caravan of Courage? That can't be a real thing. Can it? Oh dear god, George Lucas wrote an Ewok spinoff movie. How'd he keep this one hidden from Rifftrax?

4/9/20:
So, in honor of the Rifftrax of the final Skywalker Star Wars, we will be doing one of the old Star Wars movies, just for fun. Really. 70s-80's. George Lucas. The whole deal. Or at least part of one. Are we doing a mockbuster of some kind? No, definitely George Lucas. But do we really want to go where Rifftrax has gone before? Hmmm, maybe. Well fuck it, this will be fun. So which George Lucas Star Wars movie will we be riffing? IV? V? VI? Xmas? Who knows. Do we need courage for it? Yes indeed. Come find out which one Friday April 10th at 10pm et (7pm pt). You've got nothing better to do.

3/27: So there won't be any of this anytime soon. A group of employees at a mall decide to have a late night party. Sounds like a perfectly reasonable thing to do these days. Something goes wrong with the security system, and the mall goes into lockdown. Then what? Chopping Mall Friday March 27th at 10pm et (7pm pt)

3/13/20:
Well, how hard is it to guess what type of movie we'll being doing. This time it's not a knockoff, but it is stupid. Some high school students accidentally tow Jason along for the ride. I just hope he gets there before covid shuts it down. Friday the 13th Part VIII: Jason Takes Manhattan Friday March 13th at 10pm et (7pm pt)

2/28/20:
Are frogs scary for you? Then maybe this isn't the movie for you. But according the the summary, there's also other animals. We'll have to see why frogs are so important. If only they were hallucinogenic toads, then it might be more interesting. The movie is just called Frogs Friday February 28th at 10pm et (7pm pt)

2/13/20:
We might have a scifi royal flush: post-apocalyptic future, alternate timelines, a resistance group, terminator robots, and the responsible scientist is full of regret and/or denial. Can the scientist manage to save everybody without destroying his own existence? A.P.E.X. Friday February 14th at 10pm et (7pm pt)

1/30/20:
This might be interesting, but probably not. An archaeologist decides to treat his cancer by collecting a bunch of ancient amulets. I stopped reading the description there. But that's mostly because nobody felt it important enough to add any more. Ba'al: The Storm God Friday January 31st at 10pm et (7pm pt)

1/17/20:
We have something to do with ooze. Everybody likes ooze, but I'm not so sure about this stuff. A new army of mutants is prepared to attack New York. What to do? Only Splinter will know. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles II: The Secret of the Ooze Friday January 17th at 10pm et (7pm pt)

1/2/20:
Something is unearthed in London during construction. It turns out to not be a missile, and ummm, therefore a famous scientist is called in to divine its origins. He'd better hurry, the thing seems to be making people weird. Quatermass and the Pit Friday January 3rd at 10pm et (7pm pt)

12/20/19:
Silent Night, Deadly Night Part 2. The murderer or survivor or something is an adult now. That's about as far as I got with the description. Friday December 20th at 10pm et (7pm pt)

12/6/19:
I don't really know what to think of this. It involves nazis doing human experimentation. But to what end? To prove that women are better than men at pain and suffering. Really. I suspect this warden gets lots of complaints to HR. Ilsa: She Wolf of the SS Friday December 6th at 10pm et (7pm pt)

11/21/19:
If you are looking for a master at drinking alcohol, this is not the movie you're looking for. However if you are looking for a master at being drunken, we have just the one right here. So who wants to go on a stumble to rescue some stolen artifacts? Simple, right? The Legend of Drunken Master Friday November 22nd at 10pm et (7pm pt)

11/7/19:
What does the California coast have? Probably not too many octopusses, and none large enough to attack a boat. Well too bad. That's what we are getting. One giant puss. Probably one, I'm just assuming. Wait, what's Henry Fonda doing in an Italian monster movie? Tentacles Friday November 8th at 10pm et (7pm pt)

10/24/19:
Mega what? Mega who? The answer to those questions would be shark. That's right, shark. But of course what kind of movie would it be if our hero(?) didn't have a challenge. Bring in the giant crocodile. Killing machine versus killing machine, only mega. Mega Shark vs. Crocosaurus Friday October 25th at 10pm et (7pm pt)

10/9/19:
An asteroid is hurtling towards Earth. Nobody has enough firepower to take the asteroid out. The only hope is if two enemy countries work together. Will the US work with them? Will they work with the US? Wait, the Soviet Union, when is this? Meteor Friday October 11th at 10pm et (7pm pt)

9/26/19:
So this week we will watch somebody play the most dangerous game. Yes hunting people, but at least in this case, only escaped convicts. Our victims' only advantage is if they wear bikinis. Maybe I got ahead of myself there. The answer is yes, you want that. Slave Girls from Beyond Infinity Friday September 27th at 10pm et (7pm pt)

9/11/19:
It's a Friday the 13th riff night. So are we doing a Jason movie? Nope. Definitely not. So a regular movie then? No. This is about as close to Jason as you can come without legal action being taken. And this one shouldn't be nearly as painful as the first one. Bloody Murder 2: Closing Camp Friday September 13th at 10pm et (7pm pt)

8/29/19:
Some zombies. I'm not sure what the question would be yet, but that is clearly this movie's answer. It looks like we follow around a pair of journalists, who are in turn following commandos. All this, in the jungles of New Guinea. It's going to end badly for somebody. Hell of the Living Dead Friday August 30th at 10pm et (7pm pt)

8/14/19:
A pair of scientists make a huge breakthrough. They can walk through solid walls. Pretty neat trick, if not for the rapid aging when using it. A major buzzkill, but it could be used carefully. Until one of them learns how to, um, suck the life energy out of a dying person, then it's drawback-free. 4D Man Friday August 16th at 10pm et (7pm pt)

8/1/19:
This time, we're going to watch some gladiator fights in ancient Rome. We'll get to see what happens when society becomes bored with normal sports. Sure they can invent new sports. But if they're smart, they find just the right tweak to make. Not gratuitous enough. The Arena Friday August 2nd at 10pm et (7pm pt)

7/17/19:
So this riff will be a milestone. It will be our 200th riff. Yes two hundred. We're not stopping here, but it's an excuse to select a particularly odd movie. And therefore, we have this.
Aliens return to Earth after 10 million years, disappointed at how humanity turned out. Some stuff happens, leading to a homeless person falling in love with a vacuum cleaner. Not an occupation, the appliance. I'm not sure I need to know any more than that. Over-sexed Rugsuckers from Mars Friday July 19th at 10pm et (7pm pt)

7/5/19:
Clockstoppers

6/20/19:
Bees! Beeeeeeeeeeeeees!!! A what of bees?! Then why does the poster have a tornado? Tornadoes of them would make more sense. A lot more sense actually. Anyways, it's the apocalypse in LA. And so it's time for gravity-well bees to arrive. Tsunambee Friday June 21st at 10pm et (7pm pt)

6/7/19:
A direct to video thriller flick doesn't sound too bad on its own. A 4.5 on IMDB is not a good sign though. But then you see Rick Sloane's name attached to it, and it goes to hell. Come watch the guy who made Hobgoblins attempt to make a serious movie. Marked for Murder Friday June 7th at 10pm et (7pm pt)

5/22/19:

The brain unleashes monsters and disease on Earth, and Starman has to save us all. Evil Brain from Outer Space Friday May 24th at 10pm et (7pm pt)

5/10/19:
Low Blow is about stopping a religious cult. A private investigator enlists the help of a veteran, a boxer, and an ex-cop. They try to rescue a young woman who was kidnapped. And they do it with the power of American kung fu. With little blood and no sex, but we'll watch it anyways. Friday May 10th at 10pm et (7pm pt)

4/23/19:
Winner: Deathstalker, by umm, split technical whatevers. er. Yea. Anyways Reena the Seer is the real princess, cast out of her, I don't know, castle? Maybe. Fighting goons sounds normal, but how to the Amazonian women fit into it? Deathstalker 2 Friday April 26th at 10pm et (7pm pt)

4/11/19:
So I wanted to do a vote about this, but couldn't find a big enough douche. But we do have a very large turd. And I'm not talking about the quality of the movie. It does look fairly dumpy, with a 3.7 on IMDB. How much crap is too much? Monsturd Shit. Friday April 12th at 10pm et (7pm pt)

3/27/19:
There's a rumor that we won't have a movie this week. Or at least now there's a rumor. Well, to make it up to you, we have four shows ready for ridicule. Quantum Leap, 80s scifi about body swapping. The Twilight Zone, yes the 50s version. UFO, 70s show about aliens and people trying to stop them. And as always we'll end with 60s Batman. Friday March 29th at 10pm et (7pm pt)

3/18/19:
And now Sequel Night, Part Two: now with double the redundancy. It's and all sequels of movies we've riffed, and this one is all 80s. Hopefully we'll get more votes this time. Vote with "/msg cambot vote ..." before April 22nd, or just type "!vhelp" in the channel for information on how to vote.
Deathstalker 2 - An evil sorcerer kidnaps a princess, and clones her to take over the kingdom. Yup, clones in a barbarian fantasy film.
Bride of Reanimator - Doctors find a way to make human life out of dead tissue. Then why do we need living soldiers as guinea pigs?
Sleepaway Camp 2 - Gender confusion combined with murderous rage. They can't use "she's a boy" as the twist ending a second time, can they?

3/13/19:
Calling all Zepps, calling all Zepps. Wait, what's a Zepp? Jan-Michael Vincent. Well, since he's been a popular joke, we'll give him a send off, somewhat. In the future, two people crash a spaceship. It lands in a world of beautiful women, where love is forbidden. We all sorts of fuck that up. Jurassic Women Friday March 15th at 10pm et (7pm pt)

3/1/19:
Sharxorcism. No, that's not a word, but it means something to this movie. Although, I'm not actually sure what that combination of words means. But a 1.5 on IMDB? Oh shit this is gonna be rough. Or oh shark. Oh excorcism? Shark Exorcist Friday March 1st at 10pm et (7pm pt)

2/11/19:
And the vote results are in. This week's riff is Mortal Kombat: Annihilation. Evil forces from another dimension start invading our world. Guided by Shao-Kahn and his generals "such as (five names)". Either he has dozens of generals, or even the IMDB description is shitty. Friday February 15th at 10pm et (7pm pt)

1/31/19:
How to communicate with an alien trying to give a message? Not quite easy. Could be about anything. Could be to anybody. No way to tell. Should we shoot it a little? ait. Early cold war era? It should suddenly be obvious. The Day the Earth Stood Still Friday February 1st at 10pm et (7pm pt)

1/17/19:
In honor of the storm (and certainly probably not selected two weeks ago) we have the spaghetti sci-fi titled Gamma 1 4, aka The Snow Devils. Earth is turning into an ice planet. WE DIDN'T LISTEN! Hold on a minute, yeti-aliens? I retract my previous statement. Friday January 18th at 10pm est (7pm pst)

1/17/19:
We're doing a vote riff. Just type "vhelp" in the channel for help voting. Voting ends on Monday Feb 10th at 10pm Eastern, and the voted movie will be the riff on Friday Feb 15th. There's still two more riffs before then. So what do we decide between? Sequels! We riffed the first one, so why not go back for more. Pick your favorite sequel. Or least favorite. Whatever.
Mortal Kombat 2 - Back again with no premise and worse acting. After being the star of the first one, Christopher Lambert wanted nothing to do with the sequel.
The Return of the Fly - Now Vicent Price is the mad scientist. Or at least the Igor of the movie. This movie bragged about being first announced in Playboy magazine.
National Treasure 2 - The main character finds out his grandfather helped assasinate Lincoln. No, really. Then some rubbish about native americans, buckingham palace, and the white house.

1/2/19:
Didn't we watch this last week? Something like that at least. 1980. Holiday horror. Okay, New Year's Evil is a slightly different title. And one murder per time zone, which is a pretty safe bet statistically. A radio DJ is told she will be the last one to die. We can only hope she will. Friday January 4th at 10pm est (7pm pst)

12/19/18:
A toy factory worker is obsessed with Santa and the horror of learning he isn't real. He wants to channel that into toys, but nobody likes a showoff. He loses it after being bullied at work, and goes on a killing spree. Christmas Evil Friday December 21st at 10pm est (7pm pst)

12/6/18:
Is it time for the game? It's all about the game. The game is what everybody cares about. Wouldn't you want to watch the game? Hold on. It lost $45 million? Apparently nobody would. We can decide if they deserved its fate. Rollerball Friday December 7th at 10pm est (7pm pst)

11/21/18:
This movie has it all. Scifi. 80's. Flashy clothing. ummm... Eurotrash. Aside from, ahem, all that, a struggle between two alien races, or at least a handful of members. Both are trying to find the drug that was sent to earth on a black disc. Alien Private Eye Friday November 23rd at 10pm est (7pm pst)

11/8/18:
Does it bode well that the third word in this IMDB description is sensitive? Yes, some type of <blank> pirates kidnapping a 10 year old seems like a bad omen. But it was supposedly accidental. And shame on where your mind went. Space Raiders Friday November 9th at 10pm est (7pm pst)

10/25/18:
Two words: Zombie Mommy. Honestly, that sounds too specific to be irrelevant. She obviously goes on a killing spree, so why shouldn't she eat people. And then I assume something about a child. Braindead (A.K.A. Dead Alive) Friday October 26th at 10pm est (7pm pst)

10/12/18:
Love and marriage, eh? Well what if that love is, say, a monster? Is it any different if that love was from outer space? Well, I think we may find out. It's a body-snatching horror-scifi love story. I Married a Monster from Outer Space Friday October 12th at 10pm est (7pm pst)

9/28/18:
MONKEYS?!! Evil killer monkeys in Australia. I guess. Then a love story... between a person and a monkey? Okay, at this point I think the IMDB description must be lying. Even for a sequel this can't be right. Can it? The Marsupials: The Howling III Friday September 28th at 10pm est (7pm pst).

9/14/18:
Let's get this out of the way now, that is, in fact, Burt Reynolds. An ex con is coerced into helping the police bust a corrupt southern politician. Something about speedboats. Large predatory animals are somehow involved. Gator Friday September 14th at 10pm est (7pm pst)

8/31/18:
So first of all, this title might be a little misleading. It is not about an undead prostitute. Not a metaphor for how big of a whore somebody is. No monster prostitute either. And certainly not Frankenstein's mistress. What's left? Frankenhooker Friday August 31st at 10pm est (7pm pst). There's no second of all.

8/15/18:
Uh oh. Time for Chinese craziness. The kids are back for some, uhhhh, poorly-edited ultra-tacky golden-costume random-magic kung fu. No hopping zombies this time though. Even the title is insane, considering it seems to be the first of the series. Thunder Ninja Kids 2 Wonderful Mission Friday August 17th at 10pm est (7pm pst)

7/6/18:
It's the week of the Fourth of July, and what could be more American than a Godzilla movie? Well, literally everything, but fuck it. At least there's some evil alien cockroaches to look forward to. Godzilla vs Gigan Friday July 6th at 10pm est (7pm pst)

6/22/18:
Time for a good old space-ish adventure. Well, at least aliens. A giant space lizard or something is threatening earth. Aliens contact the savior of earth who happens to be a postal worker. Decent choice with all the excercize and familiarity with small firearms. Zarkorr! The Invader Friday June 22nd at 10pm est (7pm pst)

6/8/18:
What do we really know about what's under the seven seas (adjust quantity as required)? There could be lots of stuff, but probably not this. I guess then it questions whether sea encompasses the entire water down to the, ahem, seafloor. It Came from Beneath the Sea Friday June 8th at 10pm est (7pm pst)

5/24/18:
We've riffed a lot of movies, and we usually rewrite from the description on IMDB. This time the description is too short for that. So here. "A High School Science Field Trip is stalked by an Alien!" What more do you need? 80s? Okay. Mutilations Friday May 25th at 10pm est (7pm pst)

5/9/18:
Your first question is no. There's a huge blockbuster movie of a group of superheroes right now. Of course, the earlier movie was done by Rifftrax. So instead of riffing the next best thing, we'll be riffing the worst alternative possible. Avenging Force: The Scarab Friday May 11th at 10pm est (7pm pst)

4/27/18:
Okay, this is just going to be a weird one. Deals with the devil only have one ending... or not. Super powers in return? Whatever. Revenge for a murdered girlfriend. Faust: Love of the Damned Friday April 27th at 10pm est (7pm pst)

4/13/18:
No Jason. We are sticking with horror though. Are your murders too boring? Add some college babes of course. An escaped psychopath helps too. But a telepathic link with one of the girls just seems gratuitous. Sorority House Massacre. Friday April 13th at 10pm est (7pm pst)

3/30/18:
Good Friday? Let's riff Passion of the Christ. No, not really. When we riff somebody being tortured for an hour, it will at least be a hot chick (Gwendolyne?). Nope, instead we have 80s 80s and more cocaine-fueled 80s. Cherry 2000 Friday March 30th at 10pm est (7pm pst)

3/1/18:
Now that we may or may not have learned anything during black history month, it's time to learn the opposite. We have one of the most famous blaxploitation films. Mobsters, murder, prostitution, revenge; possibly even in that order. Foxy Brown Friday March 2nd at 10pm est (7pm pst)

1/5/18:
There's only one way to riff an hour-long movie from the 50's. Two of them. First we have a youth crime drama, and then a jungle adventure mystery. High School Hellcats and Pygmy Island Friday January 5th at 10pm est (7pm pst)

12/23/17:
What? Random riff announcement? Yup. We are going to do two fan-chosen riffs. The winners will each get to select a movie to riff, for January 19th and February 16th. If you want to enter, "/msg obake-san i want to enter". Rules are on the website. Winners will be chosen on Monday January 15th.

12/21/17:
A walking talking stabbing cookie man. This sounds familiar... Wait, there was a sequel?! Ew. I mean, yay. Wait, what's wrong with the word "a"? Never mind, it's not important. Gingerdead Man 2: Passion of the Crust Friday December 22nd at 10pm est (7pm pst)

11/13/17:
Let's see... Universally poorly reviewed. Famously disappointing after being built up. Really just completely awful. Disgusting and somewhat disturbing. A whopping 0% on the tomatometer. Ready for the kids film that the NY Times called "too repulsive for children or adults of any age"? The Garbage Pail Kids Movie Friday November 10th at 10pm est (7pm pst)

10/27/17:
A girl falls for a robin hood type pirate. Later they meet again. The IMDB description doesn't give much. It can't bode well when the storyline description ends in "Sea battles and land rescues follow in lighthearted style." Dear god... Buccaneer's Girl Friday October 27th at 10pm est (7pm pst)

10/13/17:
Yes we're going with something obvious. Why shouldn't we. It's not like we did a Jason movie last F13. Should be easy enough to go through another one. And it's not in space. Friday the 13th: A New Beginning (Part 5) Friday October 13th at 10pm est (7pm pst)

9/29/17:
Here we go again. It's time for another iconic blacksploitation movie. Dolemite should prove interesting. He's a pimp who gets thrown in jail by crooked cops. He's let out of jail specifically to get revenge. Friday September 29th at 10pm est (7pm pst)

9/13/17:
I know what images these words conjure up, so let me just say... NO! You're wrong. The Ice Pirates has nothing to do with downloads. And it's absolutely not about a bunch of indstrial-era privateers who get standed in the arctic winter like poor Franklin. Not vikings either. Friday September 15th at 10pm est (7pm pst)

9/1/17:
This time we have a cult of southerners upset about the the civil war. They lure yankee tourists to town in order to gruesomely murder them. Will the alt-right prevail? Two Thousand Maniacs Friday September 1st at 10pm est (7pm pst)

8/28/17:
Local prostitution? Nope. State prostitution? Nah. National prostitution? Still no. Worldwide prostitution? Hmmm... Galactic Gigolo. A winner of a game show gets to come here to have sex with as many women as possible. What are the odds this is a porn? Friday August 18th at 10pm est (7pm pst)

8/2/17:
KAIJU!!! Yup, it's that time again. Japanese monsters fighting for our bemusement. The decimation of Japanese cities is really the only amusement, which includes Japanese audiences. Although this one may have gone a little off the deep end with the miniture triplets riding a fairy. Rebirth of Mothra III Friday August 4th at 10pm est (7pm pst)

7/21/17:
Small group of people trying to survive a hotile world. And AE doesn't stand for that will smith and shyamalan movie? This one is probably definitely on an actual alien planet. And there's alien girls with green skin. So what the hell is it? AE Apocalypse Earth Friday July 21st at 10pm est (7pm pst)

7/7/17:
1960's Corvette. Myep. That seems to basically be the gist of this movie. There's probably bikers, a car crash, some highway patrol, and of course, rock music. That's just some of the tags for the movie on IMDB, but how many road movies don't have all that? Hot Rods to Hell Friday July 7th at 10pm est (7pm pst)

6/23/17:
Mysterious mutilations and deaths? Must be some homicidal monsters. This is frisko, so no chance of running into any chuds. Who's could it be then? I can't quite make them out. Oh wait. Neon Maniacs Friday June 23rd at 10pm est (7pm pst)

6/8/17:
Fresh off our sequel of a movie we haven't riffed, we have a sequel of a movie we have. A fabled treasure deep in Africa, and hidden dangers to avoid. I dare not read more. The 80's isn't the only time an Indy movie was ripped off. Allan Quatermain and the Temple of Skulls Friday June 9th at 10pm est (7pm pst)

5/26/17:
1970s. When two special agents disappear while working undercover, it's up to their childhood friend to investigate. Who is also a special agent. She won't attract attention in Hong Kong, right? Cleopatra Jones and the Casino of Gold Friday May 26th at 10pm est (7pm pst)

5/12/17:
Kung-Fu. Satan. Dracula. The Excorcist. Popeye. James Bond. What do these have in common? Nouns? Too easy. Movie titles? Maybe, but that's not it. All character names in the same movie? Bingo. The Dragon Lives Again Friday May 12th at 10pm est (7pm pst)

4/28/17:
Zombies. So ending in a Z makes sense right? At least, it does if a different, more popular movie did it first. It certainly is no world war. Apocalypse Z Wait, Romania? How can we tell which ones are zombies? Friday April 28th at 10pm est (7pm pst)

4/14/17:
So let's just get on with teh sex already. That's what we're paying for, right? Cult or no cult, a prostitute is still just a whore. Hollywood Chainsaw Hookers We must not have paid them enough to leave afterward. Friday April 14th at 10pm est (7pm pst)

3/31/17:
I'm not sure if I can really call this a bargain, but our 80s movie tonight consists of five separate horror stories. Big names in this one too. If you haven't guessed yet, our riff is Creepshow Friday March 31st at 10pm est (7pm pst)

3/3/17:
Since there's this new Kong movie, I figured we haven't done a old giant monster movie in a while. Is there anywhere better to look than Japan? What's with all the released monsters? King Kong vs. Godzilla Friday March 3rd at 10pm est (7pm pst)

2/17/17:
Winner of the fan-choice lottery thing is nerfquark. The riff tonight is My Demon Lover. So this guy turns into a demon when he get's horny. That might be all there is to it. Friday February 17th at 10pm est (7pm pst)

2/1/17:
This could be difficult. Dialog in this movie is non-existant. We're gonna have to make it up. I'm not sure how this will go, but they had to be thinking that when they made a movie entirely in caveman grunts. As if the 1960s writers didn't have easy enough of a time, it's a remake. And of course, fur bikini. One Million Years B.C. Friday February 3rd at 10pm est (7pm pst)

1/20/17:
We start in some shithole in Illonois, as redundant of a statement that is. Something strange and alien-looking is found. Uh oh, alien parasites took over the town. I'm not sure whether eating is meant literally, but I hope so. The Brain Eaters Friday January 20th at 10pm est (7pm pst)

1/6/17:
A cruise ship sinks. No big deal or whatever, people are rescued, I don't recall. But now it's time to make some money, gold, and plutonium. While passengers are being rescued. Rival salvagers come to the inverted ship to take what they can. Beyond the Poseidon Adventure Friday January 6th at 10pm est (7pm pst)

12/21/16:
So another xmas, another xmas movie. What do we have this year? Family member trying to get home? Killer elves on the loose? Russian insanity? Nope. This year we have... A cookie that comes to life. Really. Oh, and Busey. The Gingerdead Man Friday December 23rd at 10pm est (7pm pst)

12/7/16:
So I don't really know much about this one, but we haven't done one like it in a while. 1960. B&W. Dubbed from Italian. Spooky castle. IMDB claims there's multiple of both, but the title seems to disagree. The Vampire and the Ballerina Friday December 9th at 10pm est (7pm pst)

11/9/16:
<Disembaudio> Vote about Which movie do we riff? Vote by number: ()() 1 = Bloodbath at the House of Death ()()()() 2 = Devil Girl from Mars ()()()() 3 = The Relic ()() ended (time out) Result: "1": 3 ... "2": 2 ... "3": 4 ... Winner: The Relic Friday November 11th at 10pm est (7pm pst)

10/28/16:
So ummm. If you saw some gooey crap seeping out of the ground, what should you do? Well obviously, the answer is you eat it, right? The Stuff It doesn't really seem all that bad, right? And before you knock the cavity ridden teeth of the zombies, keep in mind this was before water fluoridation. Friday October 28th at 10pm est (7pm pst)

10/18/16:
Yes, unusual time for a riff announcement. Don't get excited, it doesn't concern our next riff. For our November 11th riff, we have a fan-vote. What is a fan-vote? Everybody gets a vote to choose between three movies for us to riff. Type "!vote" in the channel for info, and to vote "/msg Disembaudio vote _" with the number below (in alphabetical order)... 1 = Bloodbath at the House of Death ... 2 = Devil Girl from Mars ... 3 = The Relic

10/12/16:
It's the middle of 2013, and this movie came out. Giant monsters come from the ocean to destroy the US coastline. Rim was a poor choice of words, but they weren't the ones who chose it. Nope. I'm not talking about that popular movie in theaters. We all know why Atlantic Rim (IMDB=1.7) was made. Friday October 14th at 10pm est (7pm pst)

9/14/16:
This week, what film do we have to riff? None. No, really. Welcome to TV Night 2. We have some particularly interesting looking episodes from three different TV shows to riff. We'll start with TBA, then have a short intermission, then TBA, and end with an episode of Batman for fun. I don't think I missed anything, did I? Friday September 16th at 10pm est (7pm pst)

8/31/16:
Get your real estate con artist jokes ready. This scammer is selling real estate in Florida, but there's a problem with the properties.

8/17/16:
And our movie this week takes place in the 50s. A brilliant scientist builds a teleporter. Of course there's an accident when he tests it out. "THE FIRST TIME ATOMIC MUTATION ON HUMANS HAS BEEN SHOWN ON THE SCREEN!" The Fly Friday August 19th at 10pm est (7pm pst)

8/3/16:
Not really a maritime adventure, but it is on a boat at least. And what's the last thing you would expect to find on a boat? A mutated killer, um, cat. Well, I did say the last thing to expect. Uninvited Friday August 5th at 10pm est (7pm pst)

7/21/16:
Something about a lost city... Something important... Oh yea, of gold. So who does it take to find the misplaced city? At least I assume he finds it. Not anybody named after a state. Allan Quartermain and the Lost City of Gold Friday July 22nd at 10pm est (7pm pst)

7/6/16
Next up, Freeway Maniac We have an escaped psychopath who wants nothing more than to mmurder people. And then we have a group of unsuspecting actors on the set of a scifi film. Combine vigorously. Friday July 8th at 10pm est (7pm pst)

6/22/16:
Toasty! Let's look at our last few movies... 80s horror movie, looked-like-80s horror movie, 80s horror movie... Kind of gets repeditive, like button mashing. Time for a c-c-c-combo-breaker. Mortal Kombat Do I need to summarize the plot? Was there one? Friday June 24th at 10pm est (7pm pst)

6/10/16:
Some big creature is killing people somewhere. Who has to stop it? A reporter, a pair of rangers, and a mystical native american warrior. The cover looks like more like an orc, but that doesn't stop this movie. Suburban Sasquatch Friday June 10th at 10pm est (7pm pst)

5/25/16:
Winner with 64% of the vote is The Mutilator. Can I assume that everybody has read the description? Boy kills mother. Father bides time for years. Father goes on killing spree focusing on son. Simple. Friday May 27th at 10pm est (7pm pst)

4/27/16:
Hey. Movie week. Who's up for hitting the gym? Killer Workout A random girl gets burned indoor tanning in the 80s. Somehow that relates to mysterious murders occurring years later at a gym run by her twin sister I guess. Friday April 29th at 10pm est (7pm pst)

4/14/16:
So, who here is a fan of kabuki theater? Yeah, me either. So wants to see a play about a superhero cop? Well that's okay, because this isn't really theater. And it likely barely could be counted as kabuki... Sgt. Kabukiman N.Y.P.D. Friday April 15th at 10pm est (7pm pst)

4/1/16:
So it's April Fools Day, right? That doesn't warrant a response. Movies themed with this holiday are sparse, but let's see. Somebody dies in a prank gone wrong. And then exactly one year later, it's time for some revenge. Typical. April Fools Friday April 1st at 10pm est (7pm pst)

3/16/16:
Before we get started, yes searches for this title returned more porn than anything else. Seriously, this Vincent Price horror movie is just fun to say. It sounds like a failed 60s batman villain. The Tingler Friday March 18th at 10pm est (7pm pst)

3/4/16:
… The Humanoid …

2/19/16:
Surprise: 50s scifi time. Finally. Fiend Without a Face I don't know anything about it. I don't care, fuck you. I do know that this isn't some guy complaining about an industrial accident or something... probably. Friday February 19th at 10pm est (7pm pst)

2/4/16:
What next... horror? A boy goes missing at an aunt's house. The father's life is shattered as a result, including his writing carrer. Good. And then the aunt dies, so I guess that means free range on her haunted home? House Friday February 5th at 10pm est (7pm pst)

1/22/16:
Okay, gonna do something unusual here. We will have a vote between two David Bowie movies to riff. First we have The Man Who Fell to Earth for 70's Bowie. Second is Labyrinth for 90s Bowie. Voting ends at 10pm tonight. Friday January 22nd at 10pm est (7pm pst)

1/8/16:
Two astronauts return to earth to find it mostly destroyed by nuclear war. Yup, one of those movies. The Aftermath. LA may have been taken over by a biker gang, but our protagonists still somehow find two hot chicks to hang out with. And mutants. Friday January 8th at 10pm est (7pm pst)

12/24/15:
Too many horror movies lately. So how about a terrible heartwarming christmas movie. So it's something with that actor from Home Improvement. The kid, not the drug dealer one. I'll Be Home for Christmas Friday December 25th at 10pm est (7pm pst)

12/11/15:
Some kids playing a magical board game get hurtled through time and/or space. They have an adventure trying to find their way home... except IN SPACE!!! Zathura: A Space Adventure Much like real life, this is without Robin Williams. Friday December 11th at 10pm est (7pm pst)

Happy Thanksgiving or whatever. The holiday weekend isn't going to stop our riff, regardless of the turnout. Two girls are trapped in a haunted corn maze. Their psychic father tries to save them from the pair of ghosts. The Maize: The Movie Friday November 27th at 10pm est (7pm pst)

11/11/15:
I think we all know the date the riff falls on. We haven't celebrated it literally in quite a while, so it's about time we go with a Jason movie. Off to Camp Crytal Lake and the brutal murders of random coeds. Friday the 13th Part III Friday <November/the> 13th at 10pm est (7pm pst)

10/29/15:
Ahh, Halloween riff. Well, almost Halloween. So we have a creepy serial killer dressed up in a kid-friendly costume. He ended up in a mental hospital after a murder when he was a kid. But now he returns to his old town... to make the kids happy? Ice Cream Man Friday October 30th at 10pm est (7pm pst)

10/15/15:
Nuclear testing in the arctic, eh? Sounds fun. And nothing could possibly go wrong. Certainly not awakening a dinosaur terrorizing Manhattan. Meh, NYC has the highest per capita in the nation of people who deserve it. The Beast from 20,000 Fathoms Friday October 16th at 10pm est (7pm pst)

10/1/15:
The IMDB summary doesn't say much beyond "Japanese Star Wars takeoff" for Message from Space so I'm going to make stuff up. The tallest character is friends with random children. The bad guys have glowing floppy wushu swords. There's a space ship shaped like a girl's panties, and there are more tentacle monsters than a mere sarlacc. Is any of it correct? Not likely. Friday October 2nd at 10pm est (7pm pst)

9/16/15:
First, we're starting on time for once, but there will be a short intermission. We have over 2 hours of movie. Now, our target is an epic fantasy fairy tale. A princess is kidnapped by an evil sorcerer, and only one prince can save her. Ruslan and Ludmila The setting isn't 1970's Soviet Union, but you can sense that hallmark desperation. Friday September 18th at 10pm est (7pm pst)

9/5/15:
For those who haven't been keeping track, we just finished our 99th riff. We have something pretty interesting lined up for #100 so don't miss it. Friday September 18th at 10pm est (7pm pst)

9/3/15:
So what horror movie are we doing this week? Family moves to a suburb, but they find the whole town is part of some creepy club. And they may or may not take no for an answer. Invitation to Hell Friday September 4th at 10pm est (7pm pst)

8/20/15:
Time for a classic. First of all, it's the 23rd century. Everybody lives in a wonderful city under a great structure. The only problem? Eventually you have to go to Carousel. 30 years and that's it. Logan's Run Friday August 21st at 10pm est (7pm pst)

8/5/15:
Here we go, fan choice number two, alReadyDead. What do we have? A murder? At Coney Island? Do go on... Okay, a series of murders. And the lead investigator takes his fiance where?! Carnival of Blood Friday August 7th at 10pm est (7pm pst)
7/23/15:
Lara Croft: Tomb Raider is it. Dumb video game movie, but it made plenty of money. So that means big old Angelina boobies remaining covered enough for a PG13 rating. Friday July 24th at 10pm est (7pm pst)

7/8/15:
And we have our winners. This week's fan-chosen movie will be from Nostalgia. Some survivors of world war 3 come across an abandoned government building. It was once a lab, and one of the experiments still lives. Creepozoids Friday July 10th at 10pm est (7pm pst)

6/26/15:
Explosions, colorful costumes, crazy martial artists, a robot android, evil vampires, and even a naked ghost!!! How can this be the same movie? (insert LSD) Robo Vampire Friday June 26th at 10pm est (7pm pst)

6/25/15:
We are about to drop a little cinematic LSD. Some random narcotics agent is shot, but gets a second chance. He is given a new mission. Rescue a captured undercover agent from the hands of the evil drug lord. When does the acid kick in? _ Friday June 12th at 10pm est (7pm pst)

6/11/15:
The 70s are ending, and an airline purchases their first Concorde jet. It was supposed to fly to Russia for it's first flight for the Olympics. Some arms dealer decides the best way to stop his girlfriend from telling the cops, is to destroy the plane? The Concorde... Airport '79 Friday June 12th at 10pm est (7pm pst)

5/27/15:
We have our first sequel. And it actually looks better than the first one. Giant evil robots come to kill us all or save us or something or other. This crap was released on video to be confused with the third transformers movie. Transmorphers: Fall of Man Friday May 29th at 10pm est (7pm pst)

5/13/15:
It's the early 70's, and some college student takes a job as a lab assistant to Dr. Stoner the snake researcher. The, uh, good doctor has this serum he's brewed up. Taking this Stoner's magic serum results in... ummm... snakes I guess. Sssssss Friday May 15th at 10pm est (7pm pst)

4/30/15:
Springtime means bugs, and bugs mean spiders. So Tarantula is our movie. No, not lots of spiders. The poster says “Crawling TERROR 100 Feet High” so you know where this is going. Giant monsters were all the rage in the 50s. Friday May 1st at 10pm est (7pm pst)

4/16/15:
It's time for something different, so we have Sinbad to the rescue. The 7th Voyage of Sinbad sounds pretty insane. A cyclops, a genie, an evil wizard, a shrunken princess, an island of some sort, and a war about something or other. Friday April 17th at 10pm est (7pm pst)

4/1/15:
I know the date, so I don't know if anybody will believe the announcement or the vote script. The winner, with 44% of the vote, is Cube. This movie involves a lot of weird traps and deaths. A group of strangers have to work together to get out of the maze. Friday April 3rd at 10pm est (7pm pst)

3/26/15:
Yes early announcement. Next movie is going to be your choice. Everybody gets a vote between three movies, and on Wednesday we will announce the winner. The choices are Cube House Minority Report. Vote in the channel, if you need help type “!vote” in the channel. Winning movie is Friday April 3rd at 10pm est (7pm pst)

3/19/15:
And time for another movie. People are dying in a rural town from a mysterious cause. One guy has a theory about killer slugs but is laughed at. Enter a slug expert. That's where the description ends, but it promises cheesy gore. Slugs: The Movie Friday March 20th at 10pm est (7pm pst)

3/4/15:
This time we're doing Big Trouble in Little China. A trucker helps his chinese friend rescue his fiance from a street gang. She's the chosen one, and you know what that means. Wait, it means to marry a 2000 year old kung fu sorcerer? Friday March 6th at 10pm est (7pm pst)

2/19/15:
Yea yea, announcement. Future. USA. Russia. Machines. Jockeys. Fighting. Spies. Technology. Robot Jox. War is outlawed, so international disputes are decided by two robots with people in them battling it out. The stakes? Who cares. Friday February 20th at 10pm est (7pm pst)

2/4/15:
Time for a 70s road movie. No, I'm not referring to Duel. I'm referring to the ultimate, maniacal, indestructible, honking terror. James Brolin even gets chased by it while riding a motorcycle. The Car Friday February 6th at 10pm est (7pm pst)

1/21/15:
It's been a while since we had a non-movie riff. So this time, we have 1h45m of television shows to riff. Not only that, we have drinking games for each of them. We'll be starting off with The A Team, then an episode of VIP, and end it with an episode of Batman. Friday January 23rd at 10pm est (7pm pst)

1/7/15:
We're starting the new year with a cult-classic vampire horror/romance movie. Apparently the film turned out so bad, David Bowie regrets his involvement. If nothing else, at least we have a good lesbian scene to look forward to. The Hunger Friday January 9th at 10pm est (7pm pst)

12/25/14:
Merry xmas motherfuckers. Once again we have a nice Christmas movie to riff. The Christmas That Almost Wasn't sounds pretty odd. In this Italian film, Santa is being evicted from the North Pole. It's up to some random guy who sent a letter to Santa as a kid to save things. Friday December 26th at 10pm est (7pm pst)

12/10/14:
Before we get to the movie, happy birthday to us. This week is the start of Season 4, and I think we found something worthy of following our last movie. Troma is always a good sign. Now we start off with post-apocalyptic. Revenge for the murder of a loved one, I hope you're still following me. The hook is it's Grandma who goes for murderous revenge. Surf Nazis Must Die Friday December 12th at 10pm est (7pm pst)

11/27/14:
Happy Turkey Day. Gobble gobble motherfuckers. And if you recognize that, you know we're going with something goofy to relax with. A killer turkey is on the loose. Really, that movie does exist. ThanksKilling Friday November 28th at 10pm est (7pm pst)

11/12/14:
We've done a lot of 80s lately, so let's see what else we got. A scientist suffers from side effects of a combination of insecticide and radiation. He shrinks and shrinks, and medical science can't help him. The Incredible Shrinking Man Friday November 14th at 10pm est (7pm pst)

11/11/14:
Special thanks to LHI and PlaidFlannelShirt for their long term support of the riffs, so they are promoted to main riffers.

10/29/14:
The 90's had quite a few horror series. So, magical evil creature, lots of killing, punish the mildly wicked... Pretty typical so far. Maybe Las Vegas narrows it down. Hmmm, “starring a little person” is too obvious. Leprechaun 3 Friday October 31st at 10pm est (7pm pst)

10/15/14:
Well finally time for our second fan-chosen movie, WakkoBlues and his 80s horror film Sleepaway Camp. Let's see... we have some traumatized girl sent to a summer camp. Then all the mean people start getting killed. Friday October 17th at 10pm est (7pm pst)

10/1/14:
You are ordered to leave the Bronx. Well, not quite yet, we'll have to wait for the sequel. Yes that's right, Escape 2000 was a sequel of a... post-apocalyptic warrior movie?! It's time for some 80's style street gang warfare. 1990: The Bronx Warriors Friday October 3rd at 10pm est (7pm pst)

9/17/14:
Time to go back to the basics, a campy 80s scifi. This is the story of Megaforce, a military swat team in the distant future. They travel the world fighting evil and defending freedom. In this issue, they have to knock off a pathetic dictator of some sort. Friday September 19th at 10pm est (7pm pst)

9/2/14:
And our winners for the fan-chosen movies are d0ublethink and WakkoBlues. So this week's riff will be Simon Sez. A hip interpol agent tries to take down a crazy arms dealer. And I certainly can't leave out that it's starring Dennis Rodman. Friday September 5th at 10pm est (7pm pst)

8/26/14:
Just a reminder, it is fan-chosen movie time. You need to msg obake-san by August 31st if you want to enter. Winner gets to choose the movie for Friday September 5th at 10pm est (7pm pst)

8/20/14:
I had to read this twice, just to make sure I had it right. It's Miami in the late 80's, and a lot of trouble is being caused by a gang of motorcycle, um, ninjas. Who comes to the rescue to stop them? A kung fu rock band. Miami Connection Friday August 22nd at 10pm est (7pm pst)

8/7/14:
I'm not sure what to expect from this old John Carradine movie. A ship is sent to a distant galaxy to find the source of the vampire plague threatening earth. We may be picking the bottom of the 70's barrel for this one. Horror of the Blood Monsters Friday August 8th at 10pm est (7pm pst)

7/25/14:
In a futuristic city, an idiot that was frozen in a stasis pod since the 20th century is revived. He befriends a kick-ass tough girl, and there may be robots involved. It may not be obvious from that description, but does Snipes and Stalone help narrow it down? Demolition Man Friday July 25th at 10pm est (7pm pst)

7/9/14:
What do we have this week... The fellowship of the ring vs space invaders?! That can't be right, can it? Well, more or less, it can. Rescuing a princess was never more fun, at least until the mario bros video game two years later. Krull Friday July 11th at 10pm est (7pm pst)

6/27/14:
Let's try this out, see if you can follow me on this. Written by, directed by, and starring William Shatner. This is a terrible movie about aliens and Area 51. This item in particular has to be the low point for hom, at least for his film career. Groom Lake tonight Friday June 27th at 10pm est (7pm pst)

6/11/14:
First of all, no it's not another Jason movie. Our movie isn't that far off though. Some guy finds a witch to magic up a demon to kill some teenagers as revenge. We still have an immortal disemboweler going psycho on some kids. Pumpkinhead this Friday June 13th at 10pm est (7pm pst)

5/29/14:
This week's movie is the story of a supposedly hunky man assembled from perfect parts, but something about him drives everybody away, so he goes on a killing spree. Somebody suggested 50s scifi, and this is close enough. I Was a Teenage Frankenstein Friday May 30th at 10pm est (7pm pst)

5/14/14:
And our random mood swings bring us from a really low rated movie to one rated highly, Superman starring an ironically-soon-to-be cripple. Do I even need to say anything about this movie? Just be glad we aren't doing the fourth one, yet. Friday May 16th at 10pm est (7pm pst)

5/1/14:
Ok Rifftrax, I'll call your bad video game movie and raise you a bunch of vampires. This seems to be the fourth lowest rated video game movie on IMDB with 2.8. That didn't stop them from making two sequels, one of which is third lowest. BloodRayne is Friday May 2nd at 10pm est (7pm pst)

4/17/14:
Ok, so we're probably going to watch Class of Nuke 'Em High this week. Definitely probably. Friday April 18th at 10pm est (7pm pst)

4/5/14:
April fools, not the movie we said. But you only need to wait until our next riff. Class of Nuke 'Em High. Friday April 18th at 10pm est (7pm pst)

4/1/14:
Movie, movie, who's got the movie? We're going nuclear yet again, but in a different direction. Class of Nuke 'Em High. Students at a high school are affected by the nuclear power plant next door, and then something about a radioactive baby. Friday April 4th at 10pm est (7pm pst)

3/19/14:
And from the bowels of the earth, we bring you outdated 60's science. I'm hoping for plenty of violations of physics and sketchy explanations. IMDB doesn't say much, but the name alone describes the movie well enough. Crack in the World. Friday March 21st at 10pm est (7pm pst)

3/5/14:
This week, we have a barbarian, a goofy sidekick, a virgin princess, and a magical crystal to quest for. Then there's something about wizards and warriors, and some god. And let's not forget the large eastern European bodybuilder. Conan the Destroyer will be Friday March 7th at 10pm est (7pm pst)

2/20/14:
We haven't had a post-apocalyptic movie in a while. Add to that some cheesy 80s-ness and some spoiled girls, and it's Night of the Comet. I am just winging it from here. A comet sneaks up on earth and wipes out civilization, some pouty spandex-wearing brats barely survive by using their looks on the few pitiful remnants of the human race? Friday February 21st at 10pm est (7pm pst)

2/6/14:
Beyond 1984. Beyond 2001. Sorry, was reading the DVD cover. Zardoz is a 70s sci-fi movie starring Sean Connery. One man who knows only how to kill finds a community of immortals. Why am I getting Nny flashbacks. Let's just hope for some head explosions. Friday February 7th at 10pm est (7pm pst)

1/23/14:
I don't even know where to start with this. Shyamalan I guess. His third worst film (aside from those made into Rifftrax), if IMDB is any indication. No need to go look it up, Lady in the Water is about some magic bedtime stories or something like that, not that I care. Friday January 24th at 10pm est (7pm pst)

1/8/14:
Old science fiction movies are always fun. As such, I present Earth vs. the Flying Saucers. Aliens come to our planet to take it over peacefully. I'm guessing we're enslaved forever, or at least until somebody kills Travolta and nukes their home world. Friday January 10th at 10pm est (7pm pst)

12/25/13:
Merry x-mas, and as our gift, we bring you a Christmas movie to riff. Good times with Santa. Yup, nothing suspicious or threatening about this film. Just a happy little romp of endearing holiday joy. Silent Night, Deadly Night is Friday December 27th at 10pm est (7pm pst)

12/11/13:
Wondering what could earn the description of epic? Just read the title
. The Adventures of Buckaroo Banzai Across the 8th Dimension. It's family friendly 80's rock'n'roll vs alien invaders. If nothing else, this should be an interesting time. Friday December 13th at 10pm est (7pm pst)

11/27/13:
Winner: Wakko. Movie:
Timerider: The Adventure of Lyle Swann. Time traveling motorcycle is a good way to celebrate no longer being surrounded by family. This experiment will not be dedicated to any who die this Black Friday. Friday November 29th at 10pm est (7pm pst)

11/14/13:
So a doctor, a murderer and a prosecutor walk into a spaceship... well, we all know how this one ends. (Actually I don't.) And it's no joke how far a government will go to cover up the fact that they couldn't program the ship's VCR. Capricorn One Friday November 15th at 10pm est (7pm pst)

So a doctor, a murderer and a prosecutor walk into a spaceship... well, you know how this one ends. And it's no joke how far a government will go to cover up the fact that they couldn't program the ship's VCR. Join us for Capricorn One this Friday November 15th at 10pm est (7pm pst)

11/1/13:
Well, since it's all saint's day, let's do something the exact opposite. We have a vampire movie ready to go. Or maybe you would consider it more of something else. At the very least it involves exploitation of some sort. You probably wouldn't guess it, but Blacula will be tonight Friday November 1st at 10pm est (7pm pst)

10/26/13:
Well, almost time for another fan-chosen movie. If you want to enter, look at the rules on the website. First one will be on November 29th, and the second on February 2nd. You have to enter by November 25th if you want a chance to select a movie. And of course, our next movie is November 1st.

10/16/13:
So, been a while since we had a monster movie. We're gonna do one that mst3k missed. Gamera vs Bairus is one of the original Gamera series. Aliens come to Earth for whatever reason, and our fabled friend to children has to fight. Why? Who cares. Friday November 18th at 10pm est (7pm pst)

10/2/13:
The last horror movie was a little rough. Let's see if we can do better. Topless scene but not porn... 80's is always good for a laugh... And a magic phone number that gives people evil superpowers... That's all I need to know, 976-EVIL sounds riffable. Friday October 4th at 10pm est (7pm pst)

9/18/13:
We have another random jump in genre and age, the Syfy original Alien Siege. Typical bad science fiction, plus it has Carl Weathers. Take present day, add some diseased aliens, a cure in human blood, a girl with daddy issues, baby you've got a stew going. Friday September 20th at 10pm est (7pm pst)

9/6/13:
Ever wonder how fighter of the warriors from hell got his start? Well tonight we have the first in the Deathstalker series. Fantasy action movie with wizards warriors witches and wenches, and although there's tits it's probably not porn. But I make no promises. Tonight, Friday September 6th at 10pm est (7pm pst)

8/22/13:
Well, this movie is definitely not porn. I think the riff of Them made up for that last “movie”, but hopefully this one will too. Riki-Oh: The Story of Ricky is an absurd 90s kung fu movie, and should make for some fun. Get your best exploding head joke ready. Friday August 23rd at 10pm est (7pm pst)

8/10/13:
Sorry about the movie, I had no idea this movie was basically porn, as entertainingly bad as it was. Don't worry, we won't be doing anything like this for a while. At least it was better than the other lesbian love story we did. Anyways, next movie will be more like the usual. Also, we are doing a free poker game on riff-less Fridays, if anybody wants in, experience or any idea of how to play not required, August 16th 10pm est (7pm pst)

8/8/13:
And now for something completely different. We've done a lot of old movies lately, so I figured it's time for something recent again. The supernatural horror thriller Werewolf in a Women's Prison at the very least promises tits, so I hope you'll join us. Friday August 9th at 10pm est (7pm pst)

7/24/13:
Something wicked this way comes, creepy crawling giant bugs. Exoskeleton armored, exoskeleton might. Exoskeleton horror, exoskeleton bite. Beware of THEM! This movie stretches way back to the 50s, when radiation only made giant monsters. Friday July 26th at 10pm est (7pm pst)

7/10/13:
So, what to do next... Obviously it's got to be another scifi. To narrow it down further, we'll select a foreign film. Wait, David Hasselhoff?! There's likely very few bays to watch in this galactic adventure, it's Starcrash in all its cheesy 70's glory. Friday July 12th at 10pm est (7pm pst)

6/26/13:
* To sleep, perchance to dream... * Just ignore Nordberg's scream. * Wrent asunder by alien unseen, * 'Cause Shakespeare's credit's not on the screen. * Thank the Bard for this movie - We'll pan it! * Yes, this Friday it's Forbidden Planet * Friday June 28th at 10pm est (7pm pst)

6/12/13:
Cartoon Night? What the fuck is that!? I want a goddamned movie... Too bad. Instead of a movie, this week's riff will be a string of toons, some of them ridiculously stupid, some of them just plain bad. The main target is argued to be the worst anime of all time, with an overall 2.4/10 on anidb, Sword for Truth. Don't worry, there's still about an hour of non-anime toons as well. Friday June 14th at 10pm est (7pm pst)

5/30/13:
At least somebody entered. Dunadan019 has decided on Galaxina. This seems like a fairly insane futuristic space monstrosity about a magical crystal or some other gobbledygook. But hey, at least it stars a playboy centerfold. Last film she ever made. Yep... Friday May 31st at 10pm est (7pm pst)

5/15/13:
Don't forget fan chosen movie in two weeks. But for now, more sci-fi. Stuck in space with a psychotic homicidal fill-in-the-blank. Will either of the two people in this movie survive? That's right, the full cast list of Saturn 3 is seven people, and four of them were uncredited. Friday May 17th at 10pm est (7pm pst)

5/6/13:
Another
fan-chosen movie is coming up. This time, we will have three winners, the first will choose for May 31st, and the others will be 7/12 and 8/9. If you want to enter the lottery to choose one of the movies, you need to let obake-san know “/msg obake-san I want to enter” before noon Monday 5/27. Take a look at the rules on the website.

5/1/13:
You knew it was only a matter of time before another Japanese monster movie. At least this one seems sufficiently insane. The War of the Gargantuas seems to involve an escaped lab experiment who somehow meets their evil twin, and hopefully many Japanese are killed. Friday May 3rd at 10pm est (7pm pst)

4/18/13:
That last movie didn't really deliver on the title (Jared-Syn escaped), but hopefully this one will be exactly what it sounds. It's that insane. In fact, all they really need to deliver on is the first two words. Sorority Babes in the Slimeball Bowl-O-Rama can't go wrong. Friday April 19th at 10pm est (7pm pst)

4/5/13:
Well, I think I put this off long enough. The title alone just
sounds riff worthy, Metalstorm: The Destruction of Jared-Syn Something along the lines of scifi adventure idiocy, starring nobody, nobody, nobody, and John Travolta's wife. I assume scientology is involved. Tonight Friday April 5th at 10pm est (7pm pst)

3/21/13:
Ok, how about we watch something a little less ridiculous than glittery immortals and overgrown show dogs. Anonymous Rex is about dinosaurs of all types that evolved to our size to hide, and use advanced holographic disguises to look human. Not the least bit strange, right? Friday March 22nd at 10pm est (7pm pst)

3/6/13:
How is it that Rifftrax has not done this movie? A group of people on a ship trying to save the whales from extinction. Really, that's what we're watching. Now the curve ball is the necessity of time travel on this quest. Let's see if the Japanese harpoon any along the way. Star Trek IV Friday March 8th at 10pm est (7pm pst)

2/20/13:
This is going to be weird, and more than a little creepy. I don't know how else to explain this strange martial arts film other than hanicapsploitation. That and epic. There's a good chance we'll all be going to hell as a result of watching Crippled Masters. Don't look it up, be surprised. Friday February 22nd at 10pm est (7pm pst)

2/8/13:
Surprise. Yes we have a movie. For our fan-chosen movie this time, LHI has selected Killdozer. Ghost possesses bulldozer. Rampaging ensues. That's about all the information you get on this obscure forty year old made for TV movie. Tonight, February 8th at 10pm est (7pm pst)

1/23/13:
Sorry. It had to be done. I think we can avoid anything similar to that last movie for a while. We are having another fan-chosen movie. The rules are on the website again. Msg obake-san “i want to choose” if you want a shot. And our movie is a complete 180 from last time. Lots of violence and gore in Cannibal Ferox. Let's all hope we don't become gun wielding maniacs after this, no offense to those who already are. Friday January 25th at 10pm est (7pm pst)

1/10/13:
And we're back. This one may be rough. They can't all be scifi, adventure, or action movies. Right? Not that your opinion matters. Even I shudder at the thought of But I'm a Cheerleader. I have a feeling this movie will break somebody. Friday January 11th at 10pm est (7pm pst)

12/25/12:
Well, merry xmas I guess. And happy whatever other miscellaneous holiday you may be celebrating. We are doing a movie this week. It might not be Christmassy, but Elves seems like a very poor quality movie, so prepare for the worst. Friday December 28th at 10pm est (7pm pst)

12/15/12:
That was definitely epic. I don't think I need to say I hope everybody enjoyed that one. So next one will be after Christmas, maybe the 28th or 29th. I will post something here when we decide.

12/13/12:
So I guess this is the start of our second season. And what a movie it is. I don't think there's a better description of it than what. At least there should be sex appeal.
The name alone should say enough. The Perils of Gwendoline in the Land of the Yik Yak Friday December 14th at 10pm est (7pm pst)

11/30/12:
Another late movie announcement. The movie is Re-Animator, which you can guess what it's about. The movie after this will be something epic to commemorate our one year anniversary, so definitely be here for it. And we will be giving away some video games on the 10th so msg me for a list. But for now we have a movie tonight, Friday November 30th at 10pm est (7pm pst)

11/14/12:
Ok, two things. First, we are almost at the one year mark. Not sure what we'll do for it, but it's coming up and we will be giving away a few video games. Second, we have a movie to do this week. We need something science fiction. Aliens? Robots? Or giant alien robots? This one may be tough, only a 1.8 on IMDB. The laziest almost-anagram ever, Transmorphers. Friday November 16th at 10pm est (7pm pst)

11/1/12:
And we're back. Nothing like a really bad movie to help ignore the aftermath of a hurricane for a little while. So the show will go on. This week? The Giant Claw. UFOs and a “scary” French-Canadian legend. Oh, and down with small model architecture. Friday November 2nd at 10pm est (7pm pst)

10/18/12:
So... Rifftrax wants to do David Carradine movies? Fine. I'll see your Carradine and raise you a Stallone. Death Race 2000 is like if Dethklok organized Cannonball Run using the maturity of Duke Nukem. Only 80% as fast, but at least 200% more furious. Friday October 19th at 10pm est (7pm pst)

10/3/12:
Here we go again. This time it's a horror movie. C.H.U.D. seems to be about a race of murderous mutants living under the streets of New New York City. I mean old New York City. Uhh, the regular time one. No wait, I'm wrong, 80's NYC. Anyways, Friday October 5th at 10pm est (7pm pst)

9/20/12:
Well, I think I can promise you boobs again. And the bad guy is a crazed martial arts rapist (aren't we all?), so what's not to love? Undefeatable is the movie, but I'm pretty sure that's a misnomer. So join us for teh sex? Friday September 21st at 10pm est (7pm pst)

9/5/12:
Winner: LHI. Movie: Killer Klowns from Outer Space. Unknowingly taken from my list of epic movies, this one looks like fun. Aliens that look like clowns, terrorize small towns,
and are master spellers? This should be 80's gold. Friday September 7th at 10pm est (7pm pst)

8/22/12:
This week's feature promises fortune in flimsy premises, a booty of buffoonery, and a wealth of WTFs - not the least one being why they'd make this movie in the first place. You needn't know a thing about American History because the writers certainly didn't. Yes, it's National Treasure. Friday August 24th at 10pm est (7pm pst).

8/11/12:
Good riff guys. Two weeks until the next one. And after that (September 7th) it's time for another fan-chosen movie. Rules are on the website. Remember don't tell me what movie you want unless you win. But next one is Friday August 24 at 10pm est (7pm pst).

8/8/12:
Well, time to go with a movie most of you know. It should be an interesting one, Street Fighter. Yes, a big action flick is just what we need. On top of that, we will be doing another fan chosen movie night next month (I will post more details in the future). So our first video game movie, Friday August 10th at 10pm est (7pm pst).

7/25/12:
We have some non-space scifi/thriller. It's got that beefy guy from Avatar and the beefy Hellboy guy. And it's written by Rod Sterling. Yes, that Rod Sterling. Too bad he died 20 years prior, otherwise it might have had standards. A Town Has Turned to Dust Friday July 27th at 10pm est (7pm pst).

7/11/12:
Just imagine a science fiction-y slasher flick. Now imagine I told you there is such a thing. Uh huh, Jason X will be our movie. Believe it or not, the 10th of the series takes place in the 25th century... in space... really... I swear... Obviously, it will be Friday July 13th at 10pm est (7pm pst).

7/2/12:
TNDT now has a trigger with all our past experiments available for download. Revisit your favorite riffed movies with “/ctcp TNDT IRC Experiments” or download them and force your friends to watch the kind of crap I dig up, like a real mad scientist.

7/1/12:
I'd say that was a pretty good one. Thanks to those who helped. We will be doing another in two weeks, so come back on Friday July 13th at 10pm est (7pm pst).

6/27/12:
We have a movie for this week. Virtual Combat should work pretty well. Something about virtual reality characters coming to life, something about cybersex. That's all I need to know. Sounds excessively 90's as well, there's this new thing called a website. Friday June 29 at 10pm est (7pm pst).

6/13/12:
Hmmm... I may be overstating this movie's case. It's about an 80's space-archeologist's evil twin brother's exotic food's revenge. Grab your weed because it's time for Munchies. Friday June 15 at 10pm est (7pm pst). There's probably very few vans.

6/8/12:
Good work on Supervan everybody, we beat that movie into submission. And nobody turned into a van-loving hippie... except for TNDT. So no more van movies. Not even Van Hellsing (yes I know that wasn't funny). Our next mystery movie will be Friday June 15, 10pm est. Come one come all.

5/30/12:
70s... hippies... vans... Hence Supervan was born. or congealed. Whatever the case, check out the trailer. Hail Van-dora along with us this Friday June 1 at 10pm est (7pm pst).

5/18/12:
Looks like something epic is coming up... Epic (def.) a movie that is completely absurd and hopefully perfect for riffing (see Experiment 4). That will be Friday June 1 at 10pm est (7pm pst). And horray for our first new main riffer, uglyduck.

5/9/12:
And the winner of the fan-chosen movie lottery is... Sammiii2421111. Yay. Our movie will be... The Black Hole. We will be taking Memorial Day weekend off. But for now, Friday May 11th at 10pm est (7pm pst).

4/28/12:
Well that was a spectacularly bad movie. Keep them coming. We will reconvene in two weeks, Friday May 11th at 10pm est (7pm pst). Don't forget next time is a fan-chosen movie. See if you can pick one as well as me. msg obake-san by 5/8 if you want to enter.

4/25/12:
Who wants an 80's movie this time? Who wants a zombie movie? Well now we have both. Zombie Death House should be worth a shot. And tell obake-san by 5/8 if you want to participate in the fan chosen movie for next time, do NOT send your movie suggestion. So Friday April 27th at 10pm est (7pm pst).

4/14/12:
Cartoon Night seems to have been a success. We will do another one in the future, but now we are going back to movies. Next will be Friday April 27th at 10pm est (7pm pst). Also, we will do a fan-chosen movie night in the future, where we will select somebody at random to pick our movie. No word on when, but get your movies ready.

4/11/12:
We had shorts night, now we will have “Cartoon Night 1”. We have episodes from a few cartoon shows lined up and at least one of them is just plain ridiculous. It's not easy to find this crap, so hopefully it will be worth it. Friday April 13th at 10pm est (7pm pst)

3/29/12:
So what do you think? Space Truckers so it's truckers in space. Not really much to see, but at least we'll probably have plenty of gunracks to count. Oh, did I mention the unsuspected cargo of killer robots? So I guess it's rednecks and killer robots. in space. probably Friday 3/30 10pm est (7pm pst)

3/17/12:
Well that one was fun. Was even stranger than I expected. We will be doing this again in 2 weeks, so Friday March 30th at 10pm. Hope to see you there.

3/15/12:
Wow... Snakes on a Train. This film was rushed to video in order to beat the plane version to theaters, and it's 2.6 rating on IMDB reflects that. It looks like the movie was written without knowing anything about the plane movie, something about a zombie curse. Oh god, they're all around me, zombie snakes.

3/5/12:
Been a while since the last update. Thanks to the few who were around for our riff of The Alien Factor. Maybe Saturdays aren't as good as Fridays, so for now we are shooting for Friday March 16, but that may change. As for the next movie, who knows what it will be.

2/23/12:
Let's try Saturday this time. Maybe Saturdays will work out better. So join us a week from Saturday for the next riff, Saturday March 3rd at 10pm est (7pm pst). Saturday.

2/15/12:
Oh no, not another monster movie. We just want to get one more out of the way. Godzilla vs Space Godzilla is argued to be the stupidest Godzilla movie out there. Friday February 17 at 10pm est (7pm pst). Next experiment will be something different, I promise.

2/4/12:
Missing a lot of people again. Oh well, as long as everybody had fun that's all that matters. We will be having another special in the future. But for now you will have to make do with our next movie. Join us on Friday February 17 at 10pm est (7pm pst) for something...

2/1/12:
Ok, this time we are going with a special experiment. We will be doing “Shorts Night 1” which is exactly what it sounds like. We have found some shorts on archive.org that are hopefully good for riffing. Remember that's Friday at 10pm est (7pm pst).

1/28/12:
Well, that was an epic movie. In fact that was so much fun, there will be more epics in the distantish future. Now back to the not too distant future, we will be doing another live riff next Friday Feb 3rd 2012 at 10pm est (7pm pst). Hope to see you there.

1/19/12:
This time we are going with a foreign film... again. This should be a little more batshit insane than anything else though
. “Thunder Ninja Kids (3): The Hunt for the Devil Boxer(cover art). So tomorrow night at 10pm (est).

Announcements prior to this one are lost... Who cares.
